A standard residential cleaning is lighter than a deep clean, focusing on surface-level upkeep.

 

Here’s what’s included:

 

General Areas (Living Room, Bedrooms, Hallways)

  • Dusting of surfaces (tables, shelves, décor, picture frames, lamps)
  • Wiping furniture (often exterior only, not inside drawers/cabinets)
  • Vacuuming carpets and rugs
  • Sweeping and mopping hard floors
  • Emptying trash bins
  • Light tidying (straightening items, folding throw blankets, etc.)
  • Baseboards and vents lightly dusted (not scrubbed)

Kitchen

  • Wiping countertops
  • Cleaning exterior of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
  • Wiping cabinet doors (exterior only, light clean)
  • Cleaning sink and faucet
  • Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors
  • Taking out trash

(Note: Inside appliances and deep degreasing are considered deep cleaning or can be added as an additional option with a charge for standard cleaning.)

Bathrooms

  • Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets
  • Cleaning sinks, faucets, and mirrors
  • Wiping countertops
  • Scrubbing showers/tubs (heavy buildup for initial clean requires a deep clean)
  • Sweeping and mopping floors
  • Emptying trash
